I contacted Adobe Support to inquire about an offline installer for a machine that is not connected to the Internet. In my first attempt via chat, the Agent closed the conversation immediately. In my second attempt I was transferred around three times before being told that I couldn't install or use any Adobe product without an Internet connection. Before I could reply, I was transferred back to the first person on the sales team, 'who may have some alternatives for me' - this is the person who initially disconnected me - which the person promptly proceeded to do again. This is my first and last time attempting to obtain an Adobe product. Adobe clearly does not appreciate its customer base. In the amount of time I have spent trying to give Adobe my money and legally obtain their software, I could have just downloaded it elsewhere and been working on my projects.
