After reading this thread, I changed my setting to Use GPU for display, purged the cache, and closed our lightroom and it it working fine now. I am on Lightroom Classic 13.4 on a Macbook Pro and there have been a few times where I am editing photos in Lightroom and my photo will all of a sudden glitch and all these pixels are filled with colors. I go to Library and the picture looks normal again but still messed up in Develop mode. The only fix I have seem to have found is restarting my computer, then all is good again.
