For any of the products using generative AI features (such as Firefly web site, Ilustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Express) these are the guidelines for use: Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines. These guidelines say that content created with generative AI features can be used for commercial use unless the product is in beta and it says it cannot be used for commercial use. Adobe generally does not comment beyond what is in that document.
The area of the law concerning AI generated images is new and changing, as new laws and regulations are adopted and court cases are decided. The law is not the same in all locations. If you have questions about whether images can be used for certain commercial purposes, it is best to consult with legal counsel.

Nobody asked me for permission! Book on Amazon:

And a Google search brings the results below (there were more, but you get the idea) - Nobody ever asked me. Also, short words and phrases cannot be copyrighted. If that were the case, someone would own "Merry Christmas" and "Happy Birthday." It must be the length of, say, a sonnet with 9 or 10 lines. It doesn't mean it wouldn't be a good idea to ask the person, as @i wood37919666uvcs suggested. Even though nobody in these examples asked me for permission, I never went after them or anything. I'm happy to be quoted. But some people might not be, you never know, and I don't know the legalities of it, and even if it's okay, you'll incur lawyer fees if someone tries to object, and you'll have a lawyer bill even if you did nothing wrong.

Hi Pattie, thanks for the diagram on how to follow the page. I'm on a hand held device at the moment and still had a bit of trouble finding it because of a layout change but it is easily found in the hamburger drop-down menu; which is the 3 dots or lines stacked on top of each other. I was going to circle it but didn't. Thanks again.

I got this message from Michael Henry, from Adobe Support: Hi Marleena, Premiere Rush is currently supported on the following devices: Samsung Galaxy S10/10+, S9/9+, Note9, Note8, S10e Google Pixel 3/3XL, 2/2XL OnePlus 6T If your device isn’t listed, please know that expanding device support is a top priority and we are working hard to add additional support over the coming months. In the meantime, please add your vote to this forum post so we can keep your specific device in mind: https://forums.adobe.com/polls/1446 (this forum)
