When I open and edit a project in these versions, the video glitches during playback, with visual distortions and frame skipping. However, when I open the exact same project file in Premiere Pro 2023, the video plays back smoothly without any glitches or issues. The glitching appears consistently at specific points in the video where no issues are present in the 2023 version.
