I have a university license for Adobe Express for students with the email address However, I am unable to use my credits for video generation in Firefly. Why do the credits work only for image generation and not for videos at all? I have 181/250 generation credits, but they only work for image generation. The same 181/250 credits are displayed on the video side as well, but they cannot be used there. When trying to generate videos, Firefly gives the following message: You do not have access to this feature. You can request access from your administrator.
