Same. M4 macOS 15.3.2 nets blank "Acrobat Licensing Application" window hang. Tried the OOBE (1 & 2) suggestions, install/reinstall, AcroClean tool, and no resolution. So, off to Console.app I went, and summary: looks like code signing issue. See attached log.
