@johnrellis Thank you, I'm sorry, maybe I was rude to you, I'm already talking to Adobe, I sent them a video with the errors, she's not the only one. I hope they'll sort it out, but in the meantime, I've rolled back to version 13.4, it's stable, because it's a big wedding season, I need to work quickly.

It can't be, I have the same thing as Ryan, and on both Mac and Windows systems. Try just processing 10 photos in a row, changing the exposure, and moving to the next photo with the arrow, I'm sure it will stop working for you, and why should I pay for some programme when I pay for the ADOB subscription???????? You are talking complete nonsense. Why is version 13.4 working stably?

I have the same thing, on both Mac and Windows systems. It's not possible to work with large processing volumes, so I've reverted to version 13.4. It is stable

I've been working in lightroom for over 15 years, I've never had a problem with the arrow keys to move to another photo, if you processed thousands of photos you would understand what it means to slow down when you use Ctrl

@johnrellis Are you going to tell me how arrows work in lightroom? I've been working in Lightroom for over 15 years, and I've always used arrows to move to the next photo. Have you ever processed 3000-4000 photos? Try to do it with Ctrl and you will understand what it means to slow down the work at times. Version 13.4 worked stably. Now, when processing 2-5 photos, the keyboard freezes, the arrows do not work. What you offer me does not suit me at all, because I cannot slow down my work. Try to process 10 photos quickly yourself, for example +/- make an exposure correction, and you will see how the arrows stop working!

Please pay attention to my messages, it is impossible to work in develop mode. I wrote above about the problem with the arrow keys to move to the next or previous photo. It is not working. Please pass the information to the developers

Yes, but this is not normal, with a large amount of photo processing, it is impossible to work, I use only arrows.

Version 13.5. In DEVELOP mode, there is a problem with the keyboard: after processing a photo, it is not possible to move to the next photo using the keyboard arrow, neither forward nor backward. It is impossible to work. I went back to the previous version If you have large processing volumes, I don't recommend upgrading to version 13.5, it doesn't work. I advise you to stay with version 13.4, it is stable!

Hello, everyone. Starting with version 13.3, when creating a 1:1 preview, Lightroom started to do it several times slower, and with large volumes, it starts to annoy you when you create only previews all day. Let me know if anyone else has noticed this!

@Sebastian33688021njp7 Thank you, always happy to help, and as for the fact that you sometimes have this problem, it's because you automatically pressed the arrow instead of 1, I had that happen a lot. And as for the update, ADOBE is putting the finishing touches on it and it will be out soon. It's almost ready, you can trust me)

Dear friends, ADOBE is currently working on fixing the bug and will soon have the expected update, so please wait a bit longer. On page 10, I described how to temporarily bypass this problem through CAPSLOCK, this solution works 100%, my processing speed has not slowed down. So just follow my advice and stop writing the same thing here. I understand that it is very annoying, but just wait.

@TomReesFramer I've processed 7k photos in two days I've had the error pop up a few times, just from accidentally switching arrows. In general, Patience, Wait, ADOBE is aware of the problem and solves it, probably not so easy, need to test and only then release to the world!

@TomReesFramer Yes, I saw everything, and you handled everything well, well done! But agree with me that without the capslock you would face this problem after every photo, in the first video where the error appeared, you went back to the photo with the left arrow, so this error appeared, in the second video the error appeared only at the end, and then maybe you accidentally pressed the arrow key. Therefore, I advise you to process this method through the capslock, because there is no other way out, I hope an update to the program with a solution will be released soon! And believe me, I edit many times faster than you, because I have slightly different needs, only exposure, but this does not affect the transition to another photo through the arrow

@TomReesFramer Read carefully my message that I wrote, it's not enough to turn on just the capslock and scroll with the right arrow, I wrote that it works only if you use the 1 button, (at least 1) You have a selection of 5 stars in the screenshot, which means that you did not try to scroll with the 1 button. Everything works well, yes, it takes some getting used to, but it's better than constantly running arrows back and forth

@TomReesFramer What workaround are you talking about? If it's the one I suggested above, then everything works great, if it doesn't, then you're doing something wrong. Turn on the capslock and work

Friends and colleagues, we've already written here in the chat about a temporary solution to the problem, and I'm still working without any problems and my processing speed hasn't dropped. All you need to do is turn on the CAPSLOCK and instead of the right arrow, press the button (1), then you will not have any problems with switching to another photo. If you want to go back to the photo, press the left arrow, not the (0) button. Those who make selections not by color, but by numbers will not have problems, I do it only 1, if you do it with different numbers, then after you have made a selection and you need to start processing, you can simply put a red marker (6) on all selected photos, for example, with number 2, and so for each number do it in different colors! Then, after processing, return to the photo with the red marker and put the number (2) on all the photos again. This is all done in the LIBRARY mode, just select all the photos marked with the red marker and click (2), that's it, your photos are marked again the way they should be. So, it's not difficult to do, it doesn't affect the speed of the process, and then we wait for ADOBE to fix the bug! Enjoy)

@Martinomac Aren't we paying? My bank card is consistently charged by ADOBE every month. But you are right, a month has passed, and there is no result, and the most frustrating thing is that we can do nothing, there is nowhere to complain about them, except to sue and sue for moral damages. Why there is no reaction from ADOBE in this chat, except that they are just aware of the problem.

@aarrooss Are you seriously asking that now? There are over 200 posts here just talking about it! That's why I created this chat with a global problem, if anything, ADOBE knows about this problem, but no results yet!

@johnrellis I agree with you, prior to version 13 there were no problems with the program. So we are all waiting for the elimination of this global problem in version 13.0.1

@PatrickInSeattle Do not write nonsense, if you by some manipulations with the second monitor achieved some result, it does not mean that everyone 1. has a second monitor, 2. will also work as you have. Instead of criticizing ADOBE you write that everything works for you. I'm sure it won't last long.

@josh45217 Yes, you are right, if you turn on Capslock and flip with the 1 or 0 buttons, after processing the photo it goes to the next one normally. I think for those who can't go back to version 12, this will be like an ambulance. ADOBE should thank you for this information and the handlers you have helped!

From what I understand, ADOBE engineers can't find and fix the global problem yet. And it is very bad that they are silent about it now. Many handlers are suffering from this. If the problem is not solved soon, handlers will have to notify all their clients to roll back to version 12.5. But in this case they may lose their work, clients and money! ADOBE - hurry up please !!!

@Sean McCormack @kylec85330911 Friends, have you even read here in the chat room about the problem? Why are you repeating yourselves again? ADOBE has already admitted that there is a problem and it is currently being solved by engineers, here ADOBE replied to wait for the next update. In the meantime, either go back to version 12.5 or work with mouse or touchpad. in this case there is no problem!

@Sameer K Sameer, thanks for responding. This workaround also does not work, the point is that if you work quickly, it is not possible to go to the next photo, if you wait until the photo is loaded in the navigation, then you can. But the workaround you suggested does not work. So we are waiting for an update. Thanks again

Friends, I finally got a response from ADOBE. Here's what they told me: "I really appreciate your time and patience. As checked, this issue has been already reported and a log has been already created for it. Our engineering team is working on it. This should be fixed in upcoming updates of Lightroom Classic." I hope it's soon!

@DdeGannes You misunderstood what I was writing. I didn't mean navigation or keyboard shortcuts. I meant using these buttons to correct for example the exposure, instead of doing it with the mouse on the slider! That's what I mean. i.e. I correct a photo with the + or - buttons and can't go to the next photo. If I do it with the mouse, there is no problem. That's it
