SOLVED for me on a PC too! Only pain is I had loads of customer workspaces - but this morning I hadn't even been able to export via Media Encoder. Renamed the folder and Export is back. Thanks!

Yes, this is an option, but it's far from ideal. My render time has also increased dramatically, and I've had warnings about not being able to use graphics hardware and all sorts. It's not a stable release - there's a lot not right that I'm experiencing, and we shouldn't have to put up with workarounds.

Have exactly the same problem after updating to 23.3. Whichever project I select I can't get past the spinning wheel to export the files. Windows 11 Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor - 64GB RAM Someone from Adobe needs to have a look at this and patch the bug. I'll have to roll back this update.

Hi @audio90 yes, do have a Z9 which I'm really excited about using. I work with stills and video and already have 2 x Z6II. The thing I was most excited about was the RAW video. I think I'd just prefer to use Premiere as I'm deeply embedded in the ecosystem, use Audition a lot as well as After Effects. That said, I think I'll just have to head on over to Resolve, I'm looking forward to getting going with it and I appreciate your comments.

Just another person adding their voice to the desperate need for support for this. Now have to go and use Resolve so that I can complete my work. Understand that there are multiple issues that need working on across the Adobe product board Fergus, but if Adobe is meant to be the gold standard for creative professionals and educators, then surely you need to be adopting the formats the pro-cameras are using - and look to be using for the forseeable future. Are the other issues ones that lead people straight away from using Adobe products, becuase this issue is - it may not have as many votes as others, but there's no easy workaround here - you simply can't avoid moving away from Adobe products to solve it. Surely that's a business issue, and not a creative one? Perhaps we need a little tweak of the Adobe mission statement... Changing the world through digital experiences.* *Change dependent on compatibility of digital device.

Hey @Amitej S any update on this? You could post to multiple accounts in ContentCal who you bought the scheduler from, but nothing in Adobe? I manage several charity accounts, and surely for your 'Pro' level customers you could add that in. It's nearly 6 months since the last update on this, how close are we?

Hi everyone, really enjoying the latest update to v12, however just one thing is bugging me. Anyone know of a keyboard shortcut to get back to the 'Edit' slider/main panel? Can't see one and can't find the answer playing around, or with a search.
Not a major issue, but if I'm using the masks or the crop panels it would be good to have a quick press key to get back to the Edit panel.
I know there's shortcuts for the Crop, Heal, and masking panels so it would be great to have one for 'Edit' too as the most used. Anything that helps speed up the workflow!

Yes, but some things are done much easier in Photoshop, if you're going to make video editing possible in Photoshop then surely you need to allow for the fact that creatives will need to export higher than 4K. Just run into this exact problem myself. Surely it's not a difficult feature to add - after all we are paying customers?

Hi helpful folks! I have a video project (giant video screen) which specifies the final output resolution as 7040 x 3320. It has been edited in Premiere and After Effects, and I've brought it together in Photoshop as some elements (gradient masks etc) could only be done easily there. My issue is now that I can't export at more than 5000px width, and I need to. I'm happy to export each frame individually at full resolution, but can't seem to get there. For the record, I've tried: - Every Export setting I can. - Export for Web (Legacy) and saving as individual jpg's. (Photoshop doesn't like this, and refuses to render or display the video) - Creating frames from layers in the animation timeline (only creates 2 animation elements, and still won't export as above. If anyone has any workarounds that they can think of, I'd be really grateful - web and forums seaches have been fruitless thus far. Many thanks, Ben

I had this issue too, and Googled it, and found nothing. THEN I figureed out I was trying to do it whislt in the colour workspace, NOT the editing workspace. And that sorted it. Just in case anyone else makes the same mistake!

So, I found out what mine was. It wasn't Lightroom. I used the Nvidia Geforce Experience Drivers, somehow the Windows Update removed that program completely and so the GPU was just relying on the standard drivers - and I had no idea as the system seemed to be okay on all checks. Installed that and it's like I've a new Lightroom and it's working fine on LR10.0. Are you using AMD Custom Drivers or just the Windows Standard ones? Nvidia has a specific 'Studio' driver set just for creative work. Hope that helps!

Thanks Denis, all is performing fine, and has been. If I roll back to LR 9, it runs fine again, but LR v10 is a snail and virtually crashes the entire PC. But I have catalogs that have been upgraded that I can't roll back and I have work on. Whatever it is, I hope that it's sorted in V10.1!

For me, I'm thinking it's some kind of issue with the new catalogs. I was using pretty large (well-optimised) catalogs. The new v10 catalogue files are huge, 10x bigger than previous, and thinking that's some of the problem. Ordered 32GB RAM and hoping that smooths everything out.

Hi everyone, I just invested in a second monitor to help my Lightroom workflow. It's working fine once images are imported, but I was under the impression it would also work in the Import dialogue? I could therefore have the grid view on monitor 1, and get a full screen preview in 2? Have cycled throught the options and searched online but can't find an answer? Help appreciated! Thanks, Ben

The problem is Josh - this isn't really that helpful. Surely a signed in user should be able to edit their own form fields after saving it - otherwise you might as well use a pencil and a rubber. My issue here 'Fill and Sign' not editable?

I do understand that, and that there are security implications, but it's mainly the form fields that are the issue in my case - not the signing. Figures filled in need to be updated. Surely as a signed in Adobe user, there must be a way of leaving the form fields open, even if it's only open to you as that user - or making the form editable but unable to be shared until the pdf is flattened. Sure there must be a way around it. After a quick look, there seem to be lots of people affected by this, but no commitment to actually do anything about it. Just Adobe saying what happens... We know what happens, we'd like Adobe to do something. What I will be doing is only re-doing the affected pages, deleting those with corrections and dragging them and dropping new pages from a blank form - so it's not quite starting again, but it's not easy. Software functions really should be useful, and in this case, unfortunately it isn't.

So, I'm filling in mortgage application form for myself, obviously the company's pdf, not my design. Am using the 'Fill and Sign' option in Adobe Acrobat. I'm filling it in digitally so that if I need to make any changes, I can. I save the form and come back to it later - I now can't edit the entries I was previously filling in? Surely there must be some way of doing this, otherwise I'd actually have been better using pen and paper, and the 'Fill and Sign' function actually isn't fit for purpose. If that's the case, I've just wasted approximately 4/5 hours of my life as several changes are required - I now need to start again. If anyone has any solutions, I'd be most grateful. Thanks, Ben
