Ok, I don't understand how you can justify charging for a beta when I can't even test whether or not it would suit my needs. The two tests that I did create were not accurate and created very strange results. So without access, I cannot test to see if I can improve results, and I am not going to pay you guys to help you make it better. It should be the other way around. I am not frustrated with you personally, but with your company's policy on this. So if you can share my feedback upwards I would appreciate that.

I have 1500 generative credits, yet, the subscription window pops up every time that I try to generate a video I am eager to test and use this, but cannot.

In Firefly text to video beta, I am trying to create video tests, but I get a popup to buy a subscription and then an error saying that I have run out of complimentary credits. Yet my account dropdown says that I have 1500 credits. FYI - the two tests that I have run so far are unusable, so I am not going to purchase a subscription in addition to the subscription that I already have.

Hi, I was able to connect my Yamaha Natural Sound AV Receiver RX-V371 to audition and have it pan all 6 speakers for 5.1 Not too sure what happened but I got it working the other day and I got a notification out of no where that my hardware settings had changed and now it wont play back or solo on the Center, LFE, Right and Left Surround. When it was working I had the audio hardware set to Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) and my windows 10 sound was set to Realtek Digital Output (Realtek High Definition Audio) In the audio channel mapping tab it had realtek high definition audio 1-6. Now it only has 2 for the Left and Right. I have photos of what the settings were when it was working below. I've talked to customer service from Adobe and from Windows 10 and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I've updated my drivers and tested rollbacks. I've rolled back to different versions of audition like 13.0 and others. Last time it was working was on the current version of Audition 2020 v14.9 Let me know if yall have any suggestions.
