Hi, I have the same problem.  I'm running Lightroom Classic on a  Apple 2017 iMac running Ventura 13.6/   Everything was OK with Lightroom Classic V13.  Last night I upgraded to Lighroom Classic V13.1.   This morning when I tried to open Lightroom Classic and I got an error message saying Lightroom Classic Unexpectedly Quit.   The dialogue box told me to eitehr click to send a report to Apple or Ignore.  When I clicked either option, Lightroom Classic just quit.   I tried deleting preferance files and rebooting.  I then tried reinstalling Lightroom Classic 13.1.  Same problem.   However, I then tried reinstalling Lightroom Classic V13.  That has worked.  It is now running OK on my iMac. Obviously, this is just a temporary fix until Aobe sort out the problems with V13.1   Oldy, the info for Lightroom Classic V13.1 in teh Adobe App said it contained bug fixes!   I have to say, this makes me very wary of installing future Lightroom updates. ...
