Not sure why it worked for some and not others but make sure you put the frame width and height in after "iframe" and before "src" in the embed code For eg: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://...

100% agree, there's padding everywhere now which just makes it all ineffecient. One of the other worst is the keyboard shortcuts menu and Effects panel. Everything's spaced out soo much now

A few days til 2025 and sadly still nothing. But I heartly endorse this being introduced! I hate the fact that I need Illustrator installed on my computer even though I use it for nothing else except converting eps files when I get sent them from clients

Thank you for this! I had same issue where 1 sec = 1.5 sec. Your audio prompt made me look at the Audio Hardware section on Premiere and cos I had changed device output, it screwed something up so the sample rate was at 44100Hz instead of 48000Hz and that was what was causing it to play back slow. So I changed the device output to one that was working and fixed it up!

Why would you change this in the first place? What was wrong with the old one? At least just give us an option to choose between the old and new version rather than suggesting changing the entire rest of the screen with color contrast

Although I appreicate that the crop tool has been made a default option in Premiere, it's still missing the core useful feature of the original crop effect - being able to select the effect, and then drag in from one of the 8 blue boxes around the image to crop. This is so much easier than changing each of the 4 left, top, right, bottom parameters individually for most use cases. Please add this functionality to new crop tools.

The new 2025 version of clicking and dragging a box over clips in the timeline is so much harder to see. This faint blue box with no outline is the worst, please revert back to the faint grey box with the solid white outline

I get why the offline material message is there and it's a useful feature (though could be way more useful if it gave you a list of timecodes where this material is). My issue is that I will often have a large timeline with random footage sitting on it that may/may not be online at the moment, but the final video that I will export which is sitting within the in/out points I've chosen that doesn't have any offline material still presents with this error when I go to export. The program is obviously just looking at the whole timeline and seeing some random offline clips but it makes me nervous that maybe my final video has offline material in it (even though it doesn't). You need to change how this works so that if in/out points are around a section that has no offline material, then there should be no error shown. In/out points should 'protect' it from errors even if the rest of the timeline is offline.

It's kinda cringe that the dev team obviously doesn't even use Premiere themselves, given how many dumb UX decisions have been made over the last year. It's just a job for them and they have to look like they're doing something to appease their bosses so they just arbitrarily get rid of features or make them worse to say "they're doing something"

Amen. It's wild Adobe implemented this time remapping feature how many years ago and thought "should we try work on giving an audio remap feature as well? nahhh"

Can you provide us with any data that this was the lowest usecase of all the context menus? I'm seeing a whole bunch of people across these forums saying these use that button every day.

Also can you present data / surveys / whatever you have to show that the Media File Properties button use is low? All I see on this thread is people saying they do use it.

I constantly use this and it's so annoying now to have to right click > Reveal in Project, then right click the clip in the project panel > Media File Properties Are you seriously saying that that option is at the bottom of the list of importance for the context menu? Lower than things like Licence, Ignore Transcript, Auto-Tag Audio Types, Field Options etc. I think a solution to this ever increasing menu is to put more things in sub groups with the arrow thing or to open it up in a two column menu. Please revert the Properties button in here, it's a super important part of my workflow.

Yes I mentioned that exact point in my comment above that only people annoyed about it will leave feedback, but as I already said, it's the best concrete evidence that all people can see, not just anecedotes of acqueaintances. Anyway, hopefully all these comments will get more people looking at it so they can upvote this backwards change

Lol how do you know that the vast majority of users want that? When has Adobe ever provided real data / survey information to show that majority of people want anything? They just make changes, many people complain about it (yes, this could be skewed for only people who find it annoying, but still that's all we have), and then they ignore us. The solution to basically every new design feature they want to add is just to make both options available in a menu. Let the 'majority of users' use the new design but still leave the old design as an option.

Glad to know it's not just me! Ooh the moving down a line thing could be mad @Daniel Fewchuk - maybe could get tricky when there's heaps of keyframes on multiple effects. Or yea I like the idea of hovering over it pops out, so you're only making it change when you're altering that specific effect.

I'm glad you're liking my feedback @R Neil Haugen , and yes more users need to! That is true that other users are seeing the opposite, but yeah I think Adobe just needs to give people more options to set up their editing experience the way they like. Although they do give a lot of customisation, there could always be more, and be done in such a way that doesn't appear clunky.

I don't have a perfect solution for this yet, but just to get the ball rolling, oftentimes when my effects control window is narrowed due to having the timeline part of it expanded, the various effect parameters and the keyframe adjustment buttons overlap and get bunched up. Way more often than not in this scenario I am wanting to click previous, new or next keyframe rather than adjusting the effect parameter. But the parameter will always override (as though it's sitting on top) and so I then have to re-expand out the left side of the EC window to be able to hit the buttons, then narrow it again so I can get back to fine tuning the position of keyframes on the right side. Here's a video demonstrating this: I would love for the keyframes hitbox to always override the parameter hitbox. Or for Premiere to somehow dynamically alter this. Does this make sense? Maybe there's a better solution but this has been a big annoyance with editing in Premiere for the last 15 years.
