OS 15 is working! Affirmative on my end as well... Hopefully updates will not cause this type of thing again. Denoise!

I put the newupdate to lightroom today and the same problem still persists. I used the same funtion in Photoshop, and it does the same artifacting. This seems like the RAW team needs to investigate further. Please advise @RikkFlohr

I just tried it, the origional enhancment worked, HOWEVER, once I decided to try to make any cuts to the clip that involved audio, it had to "Re"Enhance it for its new cut and caused the same crash, it froze up my entire computer and I had to an hard restart. My thoughts are it MIGHT be an indexing issue or file structrue failure.

I will have to try this with lightroom folders... Hoping it works. I wonder if they will ever get some type of link to libraries.

Ill give it a try! I will say one thing it seems to do is make my mac not be able to find files in the finder. So I had to re index several times on my last project.

One thing I noticed was that the external drives on my mac have to be re-indexed after using Enhance or Remix. I wonder if they can't work together like they used to before the update.

Everything you have mentioned i did with Adobe. The interesting fact is that there where zero problems with LR before the last MAC OS update/ADOBE LR update.

Premiere Pro is Crashing/Freezing up my cpu EVERY time I try to use Essential Sound "Enhance". It crashes/freezes under multiple instances.
This is after the lates mac OS update and adobe update
If I do the following.
After I do the standard of choosing "Dialouge" in Audio type..
Enhance Struggles to "Enhance Speech" and crashes or freezes my entire computer
use "Enhance Speech" on multiple clips it crashes the cpu/Freezes.
shorten or lengthen the clip AFTER "Enhance Speech" actually works it crashes the cpu/freezes up.
use the mouse in ANY way while "Enhance Speech" is processing it crashes the cpu/freezes up.
Move a clip it crashes the cpu/freezes.
I have spent hours on the phone with adobe, they have tried every single thing under sun like.
Changing pp Prefrence files
using and earlier version of pp
uninstall
reinstall
new user account on mac
I'm sure there are many other things they did I have not described
I tried
Transcoding to different codecs (no luck)
uninstall
reinstall
The only success I have had is by cutting the clips into smaller pieces. and even then with too many clips being processed it Crashes/freezes the cpu. I hope ADOBE can work this out because it is a great feature that should work on our subscriptions.

I basically hd the exact same experience they called me back and said wed have to wait until the next update. I also am having issues with other adobe programs involving enhance. So they need to see what they did and fix it.

Yes Enhance... Great feature it just stopped working after all updates. It seems like it is having trouble making DNGs...

The denoise is coming from the AI feature. Something I think is far superior to regular denoise. (if thats what you are refrencing). I have tried everything under she sun. Its a bug they have going for sure.

When I use Denoise on RAW images, the images are putting strange squares on the DNG once it is created. this was after the latest update on both mac and adobe lightroom. I've spent HOURS on adobe customer service, don't know how to fix this. I love that feature.

I am using a train to follow a path created in a shape layer. The train keeps flipping on what appears to be the axis around corners after I pick "Auto Orient, Orient along Path". I have enclosed the example. Is there a way to prevent this?

The best thing to do is get a lynda.com tutorial account and search the tutorials for TWO things. 1. Deke's Techniques, Gradients, Illustrator How Gradients Work In Illustrator Cc 2. Gradient Meshes. Creating Gradient Meshes with Illustrator | Lynda.com Look those up (learned it from the tuts) Learning to use the Gradient tool is pretty cool. Feeling comfortable with the tool bars on the left is what you also need. You can also start here this will help you understand. Illustrator CC 2015 One-on-One: Fundamentals | Lynda.com Seems to people on this page want you to do it they way THEY had to bust their asses doing it. Tuts are just as bust ass. Depends on your learning style...

He's completely wrong about tutorials, because he can sit there and read a 1000 page document, many people don't and online Tutorials are still good. Thats like saying Video CoPilot doesn't have good ones... I dispute that. Yes the tools are different...HOWEVER. Masking is still the big ticket. If you know Photoshop you can learn Illustrator. It takes a bit of time but its doable. And Blending Modes too are also used in photoshop. Same process different buttons. Illustrator is with out a doubt a bit better at a few things.

I have to say...JETalmage is being a total bad info, Jerk***, Some people are NEVER going to read that 1000 page plus manual of Illustrator. MOST of todays users are hands on learners, they learn from tutorials. They also learn how to handle it through their own personalities. But I bet you 90% of people dabbling into it will not read that manual. Really dude? It's got info but I'd rather count my sock drawer. Glitcher3000 Shading is done by using Gradient Meshes. Knowing selection tools is the key to Illustrator as I see it. It acts very similar to PS in my opinion. Just the selections tools are a totally new way of thinking... I suggest you go to Lynda.com and do the first few chapters of Illustrator CC Fundamentals, I have been using it for years and it REALLY helped me understand Adobe. Adobe is about the learning process of Adobe. I think you should stick with both tho. Just dabble with the Gradient Mesh's and screw it up over and over and over, you'll pick it up. JETalmage gave horrible advise if you are starting off. I say if you got the software, jump into it... It won't bite.
