I just want my money back!

I've been using Adobe for damn near 10 years but THIS has got to be my worst experience.  

I'm 98% done with my project and now it's constantly crashing.  I have done EVERYTHING to try and fix it including clearing cache and reinstalling. I have more than enough ram and space on my laptop and still the crashes persist.  I'm paying over 60 a month to stare at a screen that won't load. I want my money back.  I want it back.

If you want your money back, this isn't the place to go. This is a peer-to-peer users forum, with some product support staff oversigt. So we might get you going, but can't deal with financial things.

 

For that, you've got to go directly into their "Help" system.

Hey, have at it then!

 

I've posted some epic rants here ... ooh, when they 'killed' SpeedGrade ... not just here, but in person at NAB also! Ha. Politely, but definitely ... firmly ... respectfully ... rants!

 

And those are very clearly remembered by a number of staffers ...  😉
