Looks like that animation uses a combination of technologies including FLEX which Adobe abandoned and donated to Apache in 2011.

Q: Was it made with just one product?
A: Highly unlikely.
Q: Which products were used?
A: There's no telling from just looking at it anymore than one can tell which pigments and brushes Vincent van Gogh used in his paintings. To answer that question, you

I'm not an Adobe Employee, so I can't say for sure.
I expect that it was done using After Effects and possibly some plugins.

If I had to guess, I'd say Illustrator for vector graphics, After Effects for motion graphics and Animate CC with a Flex plugin of some kind. But I could be totally wrong.

Thanks Nancy for your kind reply.
You know subscription of Adobe is not cheap especillay like me who are trying to start and learning. Without getting touch of application, it is not entirely possible to learn so I am subscribing the whole package.
The video is really motivat me to do thing like that. If it is made by just adobe apps, you know from 20 apps that adobe is offering in Creative Suite. If not then I will be very upset caues Adobe cannot create their own products advertisemnt with their own application but need others like Cinema 4D, Maya, or other 3D and Animation software. I am just saying becaue I cannot afford to get those applicatoins or plugins. Just want to done whatever Adobe Creative Cloud.
I really hope the video is made just by adobe products and it will definitly push my boundary.
Thanks. i will try to find more information about the video.
Appreciate your time.

Adobe probably hired an outside design agency to create that animation for them. So there is no way to know for sure which tools the content creators used.
That said, everyone must crawl before they can walk or run. So start small. Try an introductory project such as animated GIF in Photoshop like this one.
After you master that, then try something more advanced in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate CC. And practice, practice, practice. Tools don't make great art, people do. 🙂
Have fun!
