Video conf design tips?

Hi Folks,

Looking for a pointer in the right direction.

I have footage of a group of people being asked the same questions that I need to put together into a short vid.

Although they were all filmed separately, I want to make it look like a Teams or Zoom video conference with the current speaker taking up the majority of the screen with either still or a non-speaking loop of the others in smaller 'windows' to the side so I can cycle through each person's answer to the questions in sequence as if they were taking turns to speak.

I can probably do this with lots of cropping and scaling but it feels like that's harder work than it should be.

I've had a good search but can't find any matching tutorials or youtube vids.

Anyone know of an example out there that I can learn from?
