I have completed a one hour and seventeen minute Wedding Video.  The format is H.264.  I have a 16 gigabyte flash drive. When I attempted to transfer the video to  a flash drive, I received a message that the video is too large.  How is that possible?

You were hitting the file size limit of Fat32 (4GB) or Fat 16 (2GB). whichever format the USB drive was before you reformetted to ExFAT).
