We need help urgently about Adobe regarding an issue with Adobe Reader after a monthly Microsoft Patch.

Since we understand that there are more people who have the same problem, we wonder what solution or workaround Adobe can provide?

    Hi, This is not a possible solution for us. We need the keep the Microsoft Patch. Please help further urgently. Any other possible solutions?
