Line and Pen tool
Line & Pen tool has been selected to draw a line with stroke. When highlighting what does purpose of line tool show just a line whereas Pen tool show a boundingbox?

The Pen tool just creates a path.
The Line tool creates a shape with properties.
Compare the two in the Transform panel.
