generative fill security

Question

I am using Photoshop through generative fill of a certain area of the image.

I have a question because the company recently issued security-related guidelines.
I understand that generative fill can only be used when connected to the Internet.
So, if you use generative fill, does the Photoshop image automatically leak to the Adobe site?

No - read the FAQ. Your image is deleted from the servers after the generation is complete. It does not upload or train on your images.

Image data is transferred to Adobe servers, otherwise the function could not be performed (except in the case of »pure« generation disregarding existing content, like starting with a blank image).

But as @Kevin Stohlmeyer pointed out Adobe is not saving your images for nefarious purposes.

If Adobe’s statement is not good enough for your company’s legal department you will have to avoid using the feature, I guess.
