Level adjustment - simple image to set white point Error

I encountered a problem when using Level Adjustment in Photoshop 26.2. In the past, I could use the tool to set white point, but now there is a problem. Is there any solution that can be provided?

If you double click on the White Point Eyedropper in the Levels dialog what are the RGB settings?
