Blank pop-up in Acrobat Pro (64-bit) when saving PDF

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit) with Windows 11 and every time I want to save a scanned file with "save as" or with "Ctrl-shift-S" I get a blanc pop-up. Why? What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi @CB Consulting & Trading

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

The Save As dialog box in Acrobat has an additional option to save files in the cloud. If Acrobat can't connect to the cloud, the Save As dialog may not work correctly.

Please try the steps below:

  • Open the Preferences dialog box in Acrobat:

    • On Windows: Choose Edit > Preferences > General.
    • On macOS: Choose Adobe Acrobat > Preferences > General.
  • Clear the check box for the following options:

    • Show online storage when opening files
    • Show online storage when saving files

For more information, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/blank-save-as-dialog-mac.html
Note: Steps are the same for Windows OS

Regards

Amal
