My computer crashed so how do I reinstall when the first redemption code was used and is no longer active? Tech refuses to solve the problem by reactivating the code or sending me a new code. Would you believe that they sent me the OLD code? Really, we all know that code was already used. I've been trying to get Acrobat DC reinstalled in my computer for weeks now....

Do you have a perpetual license (Acrobat 2015 or 2017) or the subscription (Acrobat DC)?

If you have the subscription and redeemed the product already, logon with your Adobe ID to the Adobe website and access Manage Account. Go to Plans & Products and click Manage Plan under the subscription plan you have. From there you will see a section labelled Activated Devices from which you can deactivate the product from the crashed computer. At that point, reinstall the software and simply logon from Acrobat DC to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID and you should be good to go.

If you have a perpetual license and redeemed a redemption code, you should have a serial number associated with that redemption code which you should be able to retrieve from the Manage Account section of the Adobe website. Use that serial number to activate your perpetual licensed product.
