Something that I wish Adobe would do, would be to do a videography plan, like they do the Photography plan, but would include Premiere Pro and After Effects instead.This would be a more viable option and would cut the cost for videographers having to buy all the apps.Adobe? Would you consider this?Thank you

Don't worry, Adobe will apply their standard, it's you not me, resolution. Have you tried buying all new gear and trashing this system? Oh, you did? Well, you didn't buy the right gear, obvi.  Oh it's top of the line, well, did last night we updated it, maybe the the issues you had last month were because you were using an out-of date version from last night's update. 

Black Magic Resolve has recently updated their capabilities and it's as powerful and FAR MORE stable than Premiere "Pro"

I typed in subject and got drop down list and no window to type mssg in.. then used back arrow on browser and got this window to type mssg into... is that like messed up or what ??  Anyway....here's a question sure to fall on deaf ears....what do you do for your bmpcc so you can actually SHOOT the stupid thing using batteries ????  I just used 4 batteries one after the other ( charged last week ) and each one shut the camera down after 2 seconds of recording...Not fun. I am sending this message out into the unviverse like a message in a bottle... with the very slight hope someone somewhere will get the message and give me some kind of response... like, what do you use to shoot more than 2 seconds with your bmpcc ??thanks ( I might be dead by the time you respond, and it's nothin personal... like I ignored you .... I'm just dead)

Just wishing to ask why Premier Pro has been updated six times in less than 18 months? It seems that the PPro team have not got their act together, every fix seems to require a fix. So many folks are going over to Blackmagic's Resolve due to Premiere's stability issues. Resolve is rock solid, Adobe's Premiere has a lot of work to do to catch up with editing in 2019 and beyond. DennisN

Thanks Adobe! Worked all day on a video, only to have the render lock my computer up..When I tried to recover all the good work I had done, All that was available was the last save from three days ago. Not a trace that any work had been done today. Auto Save was set at 15 min intervals. I was working for at least three hours. What was in the  auto-save folder you ask?Not a damn thing. Awesome. I guess coding the software to be bullet proof is just too much to ask from one version to the next. It seems Adobe PP got a huge boost in popularity when Apple ruined Final Cut. Adobe is ruining PP by not addressing age old issues, and releasing versions before they are ready. Please, dear lord of consistency, create a company in your image. Create a company that will put robust, quality software out there. Software that doesn't suffer from the same issues Microsoft Word had back in 1986.I beg of you. In exchange, I will no longer be impure on any level.Please Save Us All.

Likewise... Seriously, Adobe, WTH? This is basic stuff. Stop adding more bugs and features and fix all the stuff that's currently broken, because that list is getting really long.. 

Is there any way to opt out of the new forum UI? Its impossible to browse and seeems to be designed to obfucate sub forums.

We are in 2019 and It's a shame that we still don't have a Feature called "Background Rendering"we need to get an additional Media Encoder to be able to do that which is a House of Bugs and almost as big as the Premiere itself.

My fingers are hitting the table one after another, repeatedly. Have 5 gigs shot on the 705 now and refuse to buy Resolve just to have “access” to my footage.

I used to be able to go to my image in the upper right corner of the forum window and, if I was logged in, I could pull down a page that showed all the threads I've participated in. This is helpful if I've forgotten an answer I've gotten before. It seems to have gone away. How do I access my past threads?Thanks,Martin

Yesterday, I made two posts under the pinned welcome post describing two problems I had. Neither of the posts ever showed up in the thread. One problem was how I was forced to choose a new user ID, and I was told the one I had been using was already in use? Then when I chose the one I had been before that, I lost all of my points I had accumulated over the past year. (This had happened before with our company's change to an enterprise account, but all of the points transferred.) Even though my posts never appeared online, I received two odd "Adobe Support Community Mailers" in response. One was addressed to an "Ann",  the other made no sense to me. So is someone on Adobe's end going to fix this? I understand there are going to be problems with new forums, but why filter my posts? Or mess with my profile?   

What have you done, Adobe?  And why?  All those useful threads, bookmarked... Lost. No way to restrict searches to the AE SDK forum.  Please tell me there is a way back!

Thanks for this video, Kevin. I updated to Premiere Pro 2019 and suddenly was unable to export with video. Used the Alt + Shift solution when opening up Premiere and that solved the problem.

I know the future is always changing, but isn't it too soon to be phasing Bluray out?1) No Smart Rendering for Bluray exports, (or dvd)  but there is Smart Rendering for .mov or avi for online youtube video crap.2) No more CS6 EncoreOK Adobe, we get it.  You hate physical media.  You hate Bluray and DVD's...BUT WE STILL NEED AND USE THEM!!!What about the 1000's and 1000's of wedding video creators, birthdays, filmmakers, etc.... Media encoder takes 2 minutes and 15 second to open.. Then dropping a file into it creates an endless beach ball.  So my professional work has now ground to a halt so that I can look things up and service Adobe's needs instead.Maybe, just maybe, Adobe could release new versions of it's software that doesn't require us to fiddle with our computers and uninstall things, then re-install things... and waste a whole day tinkering.   Maybe they could do that.  The software worked great until they "improved" it.  Now it has turned us all into troubleshooters who work for Adobe.  Do they realize that we are professionals who actually need our time to... you know... work on projects?  I can't do an Adobe update until my schedule is clear for like 3 days... so that the update process won't destroy a critical work schedule.  It's like they don't have any respect for that at all.  The cloud service has made it too easy for them to push stuff out with be

This is just absolutely unacceptable for professional software. I am unable to add or remove any LUTs simply because it will destroy hours of work on older projects? I just opened an older 9 minute project that needs simple revisions but all of my 10+ hours of color is all wrong. Now what, Adobe?Premiere is making it VERY difficult to stay with them because of amateurish, lazy decisions like this.

Why in the name of all that's good and holy would Adobe suddenly decide to drop native support for a widely used codec in release (v13.1.3), without notice, causing major business disruption for clients who rely on it for their core business?

Добрый день, по своему опыту могу отметить, что есть много русскоязычных начинающих пользователей этой программы, которые очень хотели бы услышать перевод (дублирование) обучающих видеоуроков на русский язык. Ведь это при желании можно сделать разработчикам даже бесплатно при помощи нашего сообщества. Могу оказать личное содействие в этом вопросе. Кстати, это касается и других программ Adobe. Ведь отсутствие перевода на русский язык  обучающих видеоуроков по таким необходимым и интересным программам не дает возможности начать процесс их познания без ошибок и потери времени на перевод, которых можно было бы избежать. Русскоязычные, поддержите!

Yeah. I had Adobe essentially tell me in another forum that I was stupid for upgrading to their new editing software mid-project even though I explained that I have auto-updates turned on and wasn't even aware that it would download and install an entirely new version of Premiere and then auto-open that new version when I opened a new project. I am currently working on reporting their behavior. The Adobe staff that runs these forums is pretty rude.
