Add a Stroke Option for Caption Backgrounds

Premiere Pro captions are excellent for Speech to Text workflows because they automatically resize to fit the text and support Linked Styles.

However, caption backgrounds currently only support Fill and do not support Stroke or Border settings.

Please add a Stroke option for caption backgrounds.

This would allow creators to make subtitle boxes with borders without converting captions to Essential Graphics or MOGRTs.

In my workflow, I use Speech to Text to generate hundreds of captions for YouTube videos. Converting each caption to a MOGRT or manually recreating the background design is not practical, because every caption would need to be adjusted one by one.

A simple Background Stroke option would solve this problem while preserving the efficient caption workflow.

Even a single Stroke option for Caption Backgrounds would greatly improve subtitle design while keeping all the benefits of Speech to Text captions.
