2月20日(木)PDFからエクセルに変換出来ない

2019年3月にPDFエクスポート契約(1年契約)をしましたが2020年2月よりエクセルへの変換が出来ない状況です。

具体的期にはエクセルへの変換後、エクセルを開いても何も表示がない状態です。

どのように対処すれば宜しいでしょうか？
