Acrobat DC　と Acrobat XI　でプリフライトチェックをすると　PDFX4の結果が異なる

先日、PCのAcrobat をDCにしました。

※WINDOWS１０です

本日、印刷用PDFでｘ４のプリフライトチェックを行ったところエラーが出ました

いつも作業しているデータなのでおかしいなと思い

Acrobat XIでプリフライトをかけるとｘ４aに準拠しておりエラーは出ませんでした

Acrobat DCでプリフライトを行うときの注意点や方法がお分かりの方

教えていただけませんでしょうか？

Thanks for sharing the file with us. We analyzed the file at our end and it seems its not a valid PDF/X-4 file due to the issues with an inconsistency between glyph width information in the PDF and the embedded font.

You may try regenerating a new pdf file using original .AI file with a newer version of Illustrator as the CS6 version of Illustrator is quite old and it is possible that newer Illustrator versions can fix this issue.

Also, both version of Acrobat- XI and DC showing different results when preflight analysis is done as with each version of Acrobat Pro DC has improved versions of Preflight that may find problems that were not previously diagnosed.

モリサワパスポートでのヒラギノやこぶりなゴシック

DCはDC2018.009.200.50

XIは11.0.23です

Could you please let us know if you analyzed pdf with the same preflight profile in both the versions?

Also, let us know Acrobat version installed on the machine. To check the version, please refer to the steps given in this link: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
