「コンピューターに　api-ms-win-crt-conio-l1-1-0.dll がないため、プログラムを開始できません。この問題を解決するには、プログラムを再インストールしてみてください。」

上記エラーが出て起動ができません。

アンインストールしてやり直しても、マイクロソフトからC++2015をインストールしても解決できません。
