Acrobat XI Pro　がすぐに終了してしまう。

お世話になります。

 

先週半ばから急に複数のPCでAcrobat XI Proを起動後数分で終了してしまう減少がおこっています。インストールの修復や再インストールをしても解決しません。

作業が進まないため今は体験版を入れて対応しております。

何か解決方法があるでしょうか？

 

環境はwindows7です。

もうひとつ過去の管理が悪かった影響で「ライセンス認証」を解除せずに次のPCにインストールしたため「ヘルプ」の「ライセンス認証」がグレーアウトしています。

ここ数年問題無く使用できてきたのですがwindows7のサポート終了も関係あるでしょうか？

サポートは切れているためそろそろ最新版を購入すべきですが、

それまで何かよい対処法はあるでしょうか？

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the application quits. 

 

Adobe Acrobat XI is an old application and no longer supported. The last update was released on 14 Nov 2017 version 11.0.23

 

Please make sure you have the latest version. Go to Help > Check for Updates. 

 

You may also download the patch manually using the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/index.html and see if that works.

Acrobat XI closes 16 seconds after opening PDF file. My system is Win 10.

I've re-started the computer, updated (currently 11.0.0 and no updates available), repaired and still it shuts down in 16 seconds if I open a PDF. The program opens and stays on, until I open a file.
