下記の様なメッセージが出て、それより前に進めません。

どのように対応すれば良いでしょうか？

※個人情報に類するものを全て削除しました。このフォーラムはユーザー間の情報共有の為にあるWebページです。不特定多数が閲覧しますので個人情報の掲載などにはご注意ください。また、Adobe社のサポートでは無いことに注意がひつようです。

そして、メールの返信による投稿は署名などの個人情報が掲載されてしまう事、および添付ファイルは削除されるために投稿に掲載されません。このようなリスクがありますのでWebページから投稿してください。（モデレータ）

Document Cloud PDF Serviceの契約でしょうか。

その場合は下記いずれかになっています。

Webブラウザを通じてのサービス利用

Acrobat Reader DCで、Adobe IDでログインを行っての処理

Export PDFの利用を例にしたものが下記にあります。

ただ今回の場合、OS環境が10.9なのは厳しいところです。

Webブラウザでの利用は可能かもしれませんが、Acrobat Reader DCはすでにサポートされてません。

また、Webブラウザの利用だとしても、10.11以下のOS環境はAppleのセキュリティサポートが終了しており、

利用自体にはやはりリスクが伴いますから、環境の刷新は行われたほうが望ましいところです。
