AdobeacrobatⅪのインストールエラー
AdobeacrobatⅪのインストール中，１時間以上時間がかかったため，一度キャンセルしました。その後再度インストールしようとしたところ，「シリアル番号が無効です」と表示され，インストールができません。昨日サポートデスクに確認したところ，シリアル番号は有効なものでした。アンインストールしようとしてもパソコンのプログラムに表示されません。インストールするにはどのようにすればよろしいでしょうか。
