What kind of features do you want to use?
As you may have found out by trying it out, basically, processing on a mobile device uses an app for mobiles, and the same processing as on a PC is not possible.

I really want to use acrobat in a browser for very specific uses.

First, I want to get the URL to a comment. If it is a shared PDF, I can easily get the URL from the address bar using the browser.

Second, I want to use dark mode for shared PDFs. Shared PDFs should not be able to toggle dark mode. With a browser, I can apply custom CSS to toggle dark mode.

 

For this reason, I would like to be able to use the web app on my iPad, but it has very limited functionality and prompts me to install a native app.
