Can not convert Excel or Word to PDF.

Hello,

As you have mentioned above, even when you press the Acrobat ribbon in Excel or Word, you are not able to create PDF.

Could you please provide more details about this issue?

- What happens when you click on Acrobat ribbon?

- Do you get any error message? If yes, please share.

- What is the Adobe Acrobat version installed on the machine?

- Share the MS office version you are using on the Windows machine.
