Can't create a new email in Outlook

Adobe Acrobat DCをインストール後Outlookは起動しますが、新規メールの作成および、msgファイルの起動ができません。

一度アンインストールすすると正常に動作したので、Adobe Acrobat DCがなにか影響を与えていると考えられます。

解決方法が知りたいです。

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to create a new email in outlook, is that correct?

Could you let us know what happens when you try to create a new email in outlook? Is there any error message?

Please share more info on msg files you are referring to in the description above? Also, let us know the operating system you are using - Mac or Windows?
