ChromeでPDFファイルを開いた際のファイルタイトルが変わりません

ブラウザでPDFファイルを開いた際、タブに指定のタイトルが表示されるよう【プロパティ】＞【概要】＞【タイトル】を編集したところ、Firefoxでは指定通り表示されましたが、Chrome、IE/Edgeではファイル名が表示されたままです。

解決方法をご教示ください。
