No longer generates PDF files for distribution Acrobat Pro XI

Question

Acrobat ProⅩⅠを使って、PDFから配付フォームを作成し、それをホームページに掲載する作業を担当しています。昨年3月に作業したときには全く問題なかったのですが、昨日久しぶりに作業しようとしたら、配付フォームの生成が出来なくなりました。使用しているPCのOSはWindow7です。アドバイスをお願いします。

まずは一般的なトラブルシューティングを、それで解消しない場合はクリーンナップ後のインストールが

望ましいのではないかと思います。

おかしいなと思ったら（Acrobat XI）

Acrobatに関連するフォルダを全て削除し再インストールする方法（Windows7以上）

ただAcrobat XIは昨年10月にすでにセキュリティサポートを終了しているので、

現行のAcrobat 2017またはDCサブスクリプションへの移行をおすすめします。

If yes, could you please confirm if you are facing issue when trying to prepare form or when trying to distribute the form? Is there any error message you are receiving? Have you tried updating Acrobat as suggested in the link above? If not, try updating Acrobat using "check for updates" option under "Help" menu and check if that resolves the issue. You may also download updates manually using this link: Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows , reboot the machine after installing update and check.Thank You,Shivam
