PDFにリンクをつける

上の返信にあるURLの日本語版は次のところです。

ただ、リンクツールでは枠（境界線）しか設定項目がないので、難しいと思います。

ちなみにボタンでリンクを作成することもやってみましたが、文字の背面に配置することができないという問題があります。（ボタン名に元のテキストを入力すればそれらしくできるかもしれません）。

PDF作成元のドキュメントであらかじめ背景を付けておくとか、背景だけのPDFファイルを作成して合成するとかという方法も考えられますが、かなり手間ですよね。
