PDFを圧縮できない。I can not commpress pdf.

先週までできていたが、office 最新版に変えたことが原因か？

Hi ,

What acrobat version do you work on?

Also tell the Office version.

Please explain the workflow.

Also tell what exactly happens once you try to perform that function.

Version is a Acrobat XI ver.11.0.12 .

One week ago Office was Office Home and Business 2013.

At that time my computer works very well, to compress 6,7MG pdf file to around 1/10 bite using only one crick.

Then some trouble happen on my computer, so version of Office was changed to most new version (I do not know the exact name of the version).

3 ,4 days ago, I notice the trouble, pdf can not compress by one crick as before.

Open pdf file ➡file(F) ➡crick (H) ➡another window open ➡crick(R) compress pdf

But not work well, only I can see the hand palm icon on the pdf screen.

My English is not good enough to explain my trouble to you.

Please use you imagination.
