Subscribingの際に謝ったメールアドレスを送信してしまいました。おそらく存在しないメールアドレスと思います。そのため、Keyは使用済みの状態になっています。対処方法を教えてください。

Hi Hirokazu,

As I was able to understand the issue from the description mentioned above, you are unable to download Acrobat Standard on your office machine, is that correct? Try downloading Acrobat on the machine using this link: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription , sign in with your Adobe ID and check if that works.

Could you explain more about the issue you are experiencing? Do you want to update the email address used for the subscription? If yes, refer to the steps given in the following help document for the same: Create or update your Adobe ID

Let us know if that is not the case.

Hello

I bougt Adobe Acrobat Standard DC (1year account) for my PC at the office.

When I tried to redeem it, I created new account different from my home-use  ID.

But I enterred an incorrect e-mail adress which may be present.

Now my download card had been used, I am unable to download the Acrobat.
