When you open the PDF, a folder called "blob_storage" is generated without permission

Thanks for your time and patience on this, the new update for Acrobat and Reader version 19.012.20036 is available now with the fix for the issue. Please install the latest patch from the help menu of Acrobat/Reader>select check for updates.

Please reboot the machine once after updating Acrobat/Reader and check.
