アップデートができません。

FAQに書かれた方法は当方PCではファイル名など一致せず、まったく解決いたしません。

1年以上、下記状態のまま、まったくアップデートに成功しないのですが、

どのようにすればよいでしょうか。Illustratorr2015　→　CC　へのアップデートもできていないままなので、何とか解決したいです。
