アンインストールで削除できないフォルダーがある場合

９８０円のフォトショップとライトルームのプランに加入しています。２台目にもインストールしていましたが、パソコンが壊れ初期化しました。再度インストールしようとしたのですが、できなく、サポートの指示でadobeのフォルダーをすべて削除して、再インストールと指示されました。その中で,adobegcclientとSLCacheのフォルダーがどうしても削除できません。どうしたら削除できるのでしょうか？

OS環境もわからないので何とも言えないのですが、

管理者権限のアカウントで作業はされているでしょうか。

また、OSを初期化してインストールできないとのことですが、

インストール前にOSのアップデートは行われたでしょうか。

現状であれば、再度OSを初期化したほうが早いようにも思います。
