引き換えコードの再利用

昨年末に Acrobat Standard DC SUBS1年 Livecard を 4 枚購入しました。

 

私の Adobe ID（hoge@hoge.co.jp）で 4 人分の引き換えコードを登録後、アプリの起動時に以下が表示されました。
・このソフトウェアは 2 台までのコンピュータで使用が認められています。hoge@hoge.co.jp は、既に 2 台のコンピューターでソフトウェアのライセンス認証に使用されています。

 

私の Adobe ID でアカウントサイトにアクセスし、プランで該当のライセンス認証を解除しました。

 

別の Adobe ID でログインしてコード引き換えページにアクセスし、解除した引き換えコードを使って再度サブスクリプションのコード引き換え登録が可能でしょうか？（該当の引き換えコードが使用済で無効になっていることはないでしょうか？）。

Akki_24さんの件に補足しておきます。

 

引き換えコードを同じAdobe IDで連続で引き換えた場合、そのIDでの利用期限が延長されるだけです。

またAdobe IDはひとりひとりに紐づくものなので、複数人数で使いまわし自体ができません。

この件は下記文書内冒頭にある箇条書きの、5番目と7番目に記載されています。

そしてその6番目に記載がありますが、一度引き換えたコードの情報を別のIDにはもう移せません。

 

よって今回の場合、改めてIDを3点、それぞれの人で取得をしたうえで、それぞれのIDで別途契約＝カードを購入しなおすしかない、という結果になります。

As shared you have purchased 4 Acrobat STD. subs, where one has been used under the given email. (Adobe ID)

One Adobe email is eligible for one subscription only. And that one subscription can be used on 2 different computers. 

Adding other subscription of similar product under same Adobe account is neither recommended nor it would let you to do that. 

 

So, got it correct. You have to activate your other subscription/redemption code under different Adobe account.
