ご回答をありがとうございます。

異なるIDとのご指摘について、二つIDを作成していた事に思い出しました。

記憶では古いIDにログインしても新しいIDに強制的ログインされてしまい、古いID は新しいIDに紐付けされたと考えておりました。

再度、調べてみたいと思いますが、この様なケースの場合アドバイスがおありでしたらご教示頂けましたら幸いです。

実は複数のAdobe IDを管理していて、異なるIDに登録したということはないでしょうか。

また、パッケージ版の場合はもともと手元に控えがあるとは思いますが、

今回の場合はダウンロード版でしょうか。
