ヤマダ電機よりIllustratorをご購入いただいたとの事ですが、

24桁の英数字が掛かれたダウンロードカードでしょうか？

その場合は下記の手順で登録が必要となります。

ソフトウェアダウンロードカードの有効化について

登録が正常に完了しますと、

AdobeHPログイン後、アカウント管理画面内の

「プランおよび製品」からご契約が確認出来るようになります。
