InDesignのバージョンを15.1.3（長期サポート）に戻したい

エンタープライズであればTen Aさんの仰る通りですが、そうでないライセンスであれば提供は終了しています。

グループ版でも、提供終了前までにインストーラーの作成をしていない場合は再度入手はできません。

Creative CloudのLTSは比較的新しい仕組みで対象は2021からになります。ですからver.15は対象に含まれません。しかし、エンタープライズ版アカウントであればN-2の古いバージョンが利用可能ですからver.15は利用可能です。インストーラーはAdominConsoleの操作が必要ですから管理者の方にインストーラーを用意してもらってください。

Hi,

if you uninstalled InDesign 15.1.3 by installing InDesign 16.4 you did that because of a setting in your Creative Cloud Desktop App. You can change that behavior for future updates and upgrades there.

Now, that the damage is done, you cannot go back to install InDesign 15.1.3 from the CC Desktop App, because Adobe only offers the last two versions of Creative Cloud applications through the Creative Cloud Desktop app: CC 2021 and CC 2022.

You have to talk to the Adobe support to get an installer for InDesign 2020.
