win7にインストールパッケージを使用して、インストールを実行したが、

「Installation Failed.Please refer to PDApp.log for more information.Click here for help.」 というエラーメッセージが表示されてインストールが正常に完了しない。PDAppを確認したところ「the Bootstrapper Process return code is (21).atopping the installation process」という内容の記載がありました。
