windowspc上立ち上げると定規を回転できない
初歩的な質問で恐縮です。
マニュアルを見る限り、定規の回転は基本的にタブレットでの機能の紹介のみ
ですが、PC上で定規を自在に回転するためのキーコマンドなどは存在しますでしょうか。
