わたしはdtpオペレーターが使用しているマシンのヘルプデスクのような役割を担っています。
さきほど、オペレーターの一人から質問を受けました。
InDesignのファイルを開くと、、、

とある欧文フォントがないというアラートが出る。

ところがプリフライトのサインは「緑色」
そして、フォント検索をしてみると、当該のフォントは、マシンに入っていないとのことですが、どの文字ボックスで使用しているのか検索しても、どこにも使用していないように見える。
こういう場合どのように対処すればよいのでしょうか？
どなたか、よろしくご教示いただければ幸いです。
ちなみに、、
1. このInDesignのファイルとセットになっている「Document fontsフォルダ」内には当該の欧文フォントは入っていませんでした。
2. 使用しているInDesignは CC2018／マシンはMac（OSX V10.12_Sierraです）
Check if there exists a Character Style where the ´definition "Black" is used.
Either the Character Style is used with that font, so redefine it with an installed font
or only the definition Black is done, but the character style is applied to a font which does not contain any black style, tis could happen automatically with Nested Styles, Drop Caps (Initials), Line Styles, GREP Styles, automatic bullets or numbers and also with cross references and other automatic text elements.
