というエラーメッセージが出てしまってインストールできません

いろいろ試してみたのですが解決できません

OS対象外ですがPhotoshopCS5はインストールして問題なく使用することができましたので

Illustrator CS5のディスク自体の問題かもしれませんが、どのようにすればいいか教えていただけないでしょうか
