Ver.15のCamera Rawサポートは9.10までで終了です。
よって、対応方法としては下記いずれかになります。
- 2018への有償アップグレードを行う
- DNG Converterで汎用DNG形式に変換を行う
Adobe Digital Negative Converter - （定期的にカメラ変更を行うなら）フォトプランなどへの移行を行う
なお質問される際はOSバージョンなども記載しましょう。
